Delivery And Installation
For smaller projects, the cold rooms are delivered using our own transport and our own delivery personnel. For larger projects, it may be necessary to use approved hauliers to bring the coldroom directly from the factory to site.
Delivery
- For smaller projects, the coldrooms are delivered using our own transport and our own delivery personnel. For larger projects, it may be necessary to use approved hauliers to bring the coldroom directly from the factory to site.
- Before delivery is made, we shall agree with you a specific delivery day and an approximate time of delivery. Communication is key!
- We know you shall be very keen to get your new coldroom up and running as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on only using directly employed personnel for the coldroom installation. We have found this gives us control in consistency and quality of installation throughout the UK.
- For ‘split system’ refrigeration units we sometimes use carefully selected F – Gas registered fridge engineers who we have worked with previously and who share the same high exacting standards as ourselves.
- Once the order has been confirmed by yourself, it goes ‘live’. Our in house project manager will get in touch with you to introduce himself and to discuss the project with you. This process will confirm any additional site survey requirements, delivery and installation schedules.
- Our project manager will be your point of contact during this phase. It is our job to ensure the project goes as smoothly as possible allowing you to get on with running your business.
